Our founder, Robert E. Atwater III, CPC, CMSR, leads the organization. Recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Atwater has successfully provided services for over 15 years within legal and ethical policy. For healthcare clients, Atwater has successfully completed the requirements of the American College of Medical Staff Development as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR). He is also a member of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services "Million-Dollar Hall of Fame".
